Dear
Runner,
As a runner, I’ve learned that
runners are a unique group of people. I have found that the vast
majority are the nicest, hardest working friends that anyone can come
across. They are a group of people united with one common passion.
Because of that, I am proud to say that I now have the privilege of
working with runners every day.
I have been running competitively for about nine
years now including training of up to 100 miles a week. Cross Country
was my first alternative to field hockey (which I later found out was a
girls only sport!) when I moved to PA in eighth grade. Since then, I
have grown to love running, racing, and the people I do it all with.
I have learned a lot from my many experiences varying from my
competitive career at Shippensburg University to the anatomy and
physiology classes I have taken in route to my science education degree.
I trust that my experience and my passion will be helpful to many of you
as we work together to be as strong and fit as we can be.
Feel free to email me with questions about nutrition, training,
techniques, shoes…whatever! I look forward to hearing from you.
Happy Running and May God Bless,
Kyle
