Salted Vanilla Maple Almond Butter Granola
• 1 cup of rolled oats
• ¼ cup unsweetened coconut
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 tbps. Maple syrup
• ¼ cup vanilla almond butter melted (I use Justin's Brand – you can also use any nut butter of your choice)
• pinch of sea salt (or to taste)
Toast oats and coconut in frying pan, be mindful not to burn the coconut. Stir in melted almond butter, sea salt, vanilla extra and maple syrup. Spread on baking dish to cool.
Feel free to add in dried fruit, flax or chia seeds, or any nuts of your choice! I like to eat it like cereal, or on top of non-fat Greek organic yogurt!
