Inflammation fighting Beet, Banana, and Blueberry Smoothie!
This combination of beets and ginger will aid in reducing inflammation and speed up recovery. Blueberries and spinach are high in antioxidants which will neutralize free radicals. Add a scoop of protein powder for an added bonus!
• 1 large beet, cooked (I use the Love Beets brand)
• Handful of fresh spinach
• ½ inch ginger root
• 1 frozen banana
• ½ cup of milk (I prefer non-dairy)
• ½ cup frozen blueberries
Blend everything together and enjoy!
